Frequently Asked Questions
Sizing and Fit?
Our sizing is based on Australian standard sizing:
- Size S fits AU 6–8
- Size M fits AU 10–12
Most garments are true to size and have a forgiving fit thanks to the stretchy materials we use. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the size you usually wear.
At the moment, we offer sizes S and M only. As a small brand, this allows us to manage production efficiently — but we plan to expand our size range as we grow!
If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.
Can i customise the pant length?
Yes! Our pants come in two customisable inseam options: 30" or 32", depending on your height and preferred fit.
To find your inseam, measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you'd like the pants to end. You can also measure the inseam of a pair of pants you already like the length of.
can i cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or changes at this time.
Each piece is made-to-order and enters production shortly after your purchase to minimise waste and manage limited inventory. This means once your order is placed, it’s often already in motion — whether that’s fabric being cut, materials being sourced, or time being scheduled for sewing.
As a small business, this process allows us to produce responsibly and ensure your garment is made efficiently.
Please be sure of your order before checking out.
When will I get my order?
Due to the handmade nature of our garments, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be produced before it is shipped. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece meets our standards of quality, fit, and craftsmanship.
That said, we always aim to get your order shipped as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
Where are your garments made and why in small batches?
All garments are made locally in Melbourne, Australia in small batches to ensure quality, reduce waste, and produce responsibly. This approach allows us to stay hands-on with each piece and avoid the pitfalls of mass production.
Ineza is a one-woman show, so producing in limited quantities allows every step — from design to sewing to shipping — to be handled with care.
