Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders.

For international customers, a flat rate of $30 AUD applies at checkout.

Once your item has been made and dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

• Australia: 2–8 business days (via Australia Post)
• International: Varies by destination and customs processes. 10+ business days.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. These are outside of our control and fall under the responsibility of the postal service.
